Mom is feeling better today: eating a little, looks better, has less pain. She went in for her radiation tatoos (too bad she couldn't choose a design!), her special pillow, and her first of about 25 radiation treatments. The tumor is in her left pelvis near the hip bone. She received chemo last night, and will continue that regime but without the nasty stuff. Still waiting for the sun to appear this week. The meteorologist promised!
